This product is a hand-cut, custom airbrushed wood art piece using sets of stencils meticulously cut by hand. Production on each flag begins when your custom order is placed.
They are cut from 3/4″ weather treated plywood sheets, sanded and coated with an extreme bond primer. Once the primer is set and finely sanded, the product is then airbrushed with an exterior acrylic/latex commercial paint with a flat sheen. The final ‘painting’ step in this process is the coating of the product with polycrylic protective coating with a gloss finish.
Customer has the option of adding a wood strip with customized text to the bottom of the flag. The wood strip hangs from the flag with small chains and hooks. There is not a set number of characters that your text must have. As along as the text fits, we can accommodate your request. This too is protected with the polycrylic protective coating.
This wood product is signed and numbered on the back by the producing Artist and is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity which is also signed and numbered by the producing Artist. A pair of picture hangers are affixed to the back of the product for easy hanging.
The minimum lead time for turnaround of this product is 3 weeks before shipping. Lead time is based on work in progress at the time your order is placed.
