This product is a hand-cut, custom airbrushed wood art piece using sets of stencils meticulously cut by hand. Production on each shield begins when your custom order is placed.
They are cut from 3/4″ weather treated plywood sheets, sanded and coated with an extreme bond primer. Once the primer is set and finely sanded, the product is then airbrushed with an exterior acrylic/latex commercial paint with a flat sheen. The final ‘painting’ step in this process is the coating of the product with polycrylic protective coating with a gloss finish. There are many variable options for skulls. It is not limited to the skull shown on this post.
The minimum lead time for turnaround of this product is 3 weeks before shipping. Lead time is based on work in progress at the time your order is placed.
