Paul was born in Phoenix Arizona in September 1964. At a very early age, Paul had an interest in art. He increased his talent every year by focusing on artwork 'realism'. Whether the images were coped from images in magazines or drawn from still images in front of him, he began to develop the talent of bringing his artwork to life.

Simply Artistic became a business in November 2002, having started in Phoenix Arizona. It was established to primarily focus on African Wildlife drawn in pencil. However, much of the business also relies on additional artwork services such as Custom Airbrush Artwork. Almost daily, Paul receives requests to provide custom airbrush artwork in a wide variety of services. Some of those services include, but are not limited to; kids bedroom graphics, signage, window graphics, t-shirts, murals and much more.

Paul's oldest daughter Allexus Sanchez, was born in Phoenix Arizona in May 1990. Allexus has always shown a great interest in drawing and has produced artwork mainly in pencil. She has shown interest in photography as well. Her artwork can be viewed under the "Allexus' Artwork" link on the Home page.  All artwork posted under this link is artwork she produced in the mid 2000’s.  

Paul's youngest daughter Marisela Sanchez, was born in Corpus Christi Texas in October 2009.  Aside from having “drawn” Daddy to her precious little (yet huge) heart, Paul hopes Marisela will prove to be yet another Artist in the family.
